Cancelling an appointment
Please help us to help you by always cancelling appointments when you can’t attend! Our cancellation line is 020 7515 4701. Please put it in your mobile phone! We can always use the appointment for someone else
Urgent Problems
The Practice uses a telephone triage system in order to provide better access. Same day triage appointments are available and patients will be seen the same day once assessed by a GP via triage for urgent problems. Please telephone 020 7515 4701 and a member of the reception team will put you through if possible, or take your number. If you can, please tell the receptionist what your call is about.
